Born in Tucson, Arizona, raised on the East Coast, and having spent several years in his mother land of Iran, Max Amini graduated from UCLA’s school of Theater, Film and Television. He’s an actor with numerous film and TV credits including NBC’s Heroes, recurring actor on Comedy Central's Mind of Mencia, and his leading role in the movie Beer Pong. Fluent in Farsi, Max is also a stand-up comedian who performs all around the world and expresses his views on family and cultural topics. He was recently chosen as one of the finalists for NBC's Diversity Showcase this year, and just finished taping his first special on Showtime on December 12th, 2009.
