Born and raised in Passaic County, New Jersey, Samantha DeRose was a curious child of marginal intelligence at best. Her sister & brother despised her for being the petulant little brat that she was. She attended public school, graduating middle of the class and worked at Mandee’s until her comedy career took off! She considers herself to be the world’s worst mother but DYFS hasn’t been called yet, so that’s a plus. Samantha regularly appears in NYC comedy clubs clubs, including The Stonewall Inn, Gotham Comedy Club and most recently in “Laugh or Treat” – right here at The Metropolitan Room.
