Back East Blonde Raises Hell in Hollywood
The five foot zero Roxy Rich is a petite stack of Italian Dynamite. Rich is the English version of Ricca, which means “Rich” in Italian.
She exploded onto the comedy scene with her first ballistic performance on Bus #81 (en route to the tenth grade) for which she was elected “Funniest Person” at Douglas Anderson School of Arts.
Her monologue, “The Stepsister”, won her an acting scholarship to La Grange College in Georgia. It was there where Roxy began doing stand-up in the “Lost Comedy” show. Her illustrious new career came to a brief halt when she was incarcerated for Grand Theft Felony Larceny after appearing as “Ouiser” in Steel Magnolias and reportedly stealing the show.
Breaking out of La Grange Penitentiary and into the real world, Roxy fled to Orlando, Florida where she posed as short Disney characters by day and performed stand-up by night at local comedy club, Bonkers. She joined the Comedy Zone workshop and went on to win “Funniest New Female Comic” at Hilarities in 1991. Cover blown, she flew the coop to LA where she’s been cited by police at The Laugh Factory, Improv and Comedy Store. Nearly captured after a brutal mutilation at John Lovitz Comedy Club, Roxy escaped to the sea where she annihilated over 350 upstanding passengers of a cruise ship with roaring laughter.
Roxy was sited in Drama-Logue for producing “Comedy Girlfriends”, an all female review wherein she and her posse showed no mercy in their vast slaughtering of crowds. Non Solo Pasta, a prestigious Italian magazine, recognized her with full page coverage as an up and coming comic to be reckoned with. Roxy is going for Gold.
In 2004, she landed her first starring role in a film wherein she played a reporter in “The Bug Outbreak.” She was later heard across the country in a Voice-Over Commercial for Go Apply.com. Roxy wrote and produced “The Closet Fairy”, a ridiculous short about a girl having a losing battle with her wardrobe.

All the exposure has this Gold-Digger fleeing the Feds. She sought refuge on the road where she’s been ruthlessly murdering audiences throughout the Midwest. Last seen in B.F. Egypt, America’s Most Wanted Female Comic is still at Large.
LAPD issued the following APB. The comedy of this Down-Home Diva is refreshingly original and may cause gut-splitting and/or loss of bladder control. Roxy is to be considered beautifully armed and Dangerously Funny. Dates of her arrest, on stage and off, are pending.”
