HEATHER LAWLESS was winner of the 2005 Emerging Comedians of New York Award for Best Female Comedian. In 2006, she was a finalist for "Outstanding Female Standup Comedian" for the New York City Nightlife Awards. She has been featured on Comedy Central's Premium Blend, as well as the Comedy Central DVD/CD set "Invite Them Up." She appeared on MTV2's "Wonder Showzen" Horse Apples episode as Permanently Preggy Peggy, and recently recorded a pilot for Adult Swim. She has opened for the Portland-based band Sleater-Kinney, and performed on the "Tinkle" DVD, featuring David Cross, Jon Benjamin, and Todd Barry. In 2007 Heather can be seen in Michel Gondry's latest movie, "Be Kind Rewind" starring Jack Black
