Tom E. Morello is a stand-up comedian, actor, and published author who has worked in the void between celebrity and obscurity since 1999. He was born and raised near Boston, Massachusetts, where he began his comedy career in one of America's most legendary stand-up territories. Tom E. is the child of a Cuban immigrant mother, and an Italian-American father, which provided him plenty of material for a career making people laugh at his relatable American mixed-heritage story.
Tom E. was Latin Pride National Magazine’s award winner for Comedian of the Year in 2009. He was a finalist at both the Plymouth Rock Comedy Festival in 2010 and the Funniest Person in South Texas Contest in 2011. He has also competed in the 2011 Las Vegas World Series of Comedy, and at the Boston Comedy Festival in 2007 and 2009.
Tom E. Morello has worked with such comedy acts as Robert Klein, D.L. Hughley, Wendy Leibman, Jeff Dunham, Shane Mauss, Iliza Shlesinger, Myq Kaplan, Gary Gulman, and Rachel Feinstein. Using his Latino-American life for inspiration, Tom E. lights up the comedy stage with style, wit, energy, and heart.
