He is the author of four books including The Dead Celebrity Cookbook and A Boy Named Phyllis: A Suburban Memoir. His TV work includes six-and-a-half years as the movie critic on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, forty episodes of the game show I’ve Got a Secret, a cameo onCougar Town, and numerous talking-head appearances from Rosie to Joy Behar: Say Anythingto Great Things About Being Fat.
