Description: Open mike night for all comedians, big and small, known and unknown, to try out their jokes and test the water, followed by number of professional well known comics prominently featured in film and television.

Roger Rodd: A versatile actor, writer, and stand-up comic, Rodd has consistently applied his ingenuity in taking his career to the next level. Aware of the glut of white stand-up comics, Rodd embarked on a successful plan to make a niche for himself as a “white stand-up comic” performing in primarily black nightclubs. At first glance, both club owners and audiences were surprised, but Rodd’s talent quickly won out and he was warmly embraced by cheering crowds. This has led to recent appearances including Showtime’s comedy special “White Boyz in the Hood,” P. Diddy’s “Bad Boys of Comedy, ”Bill Bellamy’s “Who’s Got Jokes?”, and several appearances on BET’s “Comicview.” When not on an international tour entertaining the U.S. troops or headlining comedy clubs across the nation, ?Rodd is also a frequent local performer at The Improv, Comedy Store, and The Laugh Factory in Los Angeles.   Aside from Rodd’s on-going stand up work, his first love remains acting. He holds in highest regard his successful accomplishment of writing, producing, and performing his critically acclaimed solo show “Footsteps“. He has appeared in many feature films, co-starring opposite Brandon Routh in “Behind The Plank” and guest starring as “Billy Bob” in “NTV,” produced by Eddie Griffin. He can be seen this fall on the premier of The NFL Network’s “After Further Review”. In addition to lead roles in films such as “Payback” and “Chance,” Rodd has appeared in many soap operas, including “The Young and the Restless” and “General Hospital,” as well as commercials.   On the poker front, Rodd is currently the color analyst on the upcoming Fox Sports broadcast of “World Team Poker”, while presiding as the poker instructor at the Commerce Casino, recognized as the world’s largest poker establishment. He also serves as a Tournament Director and Host for Celebrity Poker Tournaments and has his own poker radio show "Flophouseradio" which can be heard Monday through Friday at NOON Pacific on Flophouseradio.com

Clayton Thomas: Originally from Detroit, Clayton Thomas (or "CT" for short) made the move to Hollywood to make a name for himself as a Quadruple threat; Writer, Comedian, Actor, Director. The adversity he faced early on in his career might have stopped some of the strongest people in their tracks, but only allowed Clayton to realize who was truly in control of his life, God!  So far Clayton's been blessed to perform in several TV & Film projects, he writes for some of the biggest names in comedy, he does stand-up all over the country, and he's a regular in Los Angeles at THE HOLLYWOOD IMPROV, THE LAUGH FACTORY, THE COMEDY STORE, THE J-SPOT, & THE COMEDY UNION.  He's even produced his own web series, THE MISADVENTURES OF CLAYTON THOMAS.  CT is well on his way to becoming one of the best in the business.
